Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for a portfolio of clients and special assignments
Lead a team of accounting staff serving clients
Work with Director to manage the clientele portfolio and grow the business
Develop and grow team members
Requirements:
ACCA finalist or equivalent
Proactive, committed, and able to work under pressure
Strong technical and problem solving skills
Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in public accounting firm with hands-on knowledge of ACCPAC/SAP being an added advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills with good business sense
Possess leadership and management skills
People energizer / motivator who can develop and retain talent
